Based on the Twentieth
Amendment to the
Constitution of the United
States of America, which
also inspired his research:
“The Presidents of the
United States and their
electoral victories,
1789-1996” (Lima, 1994), in
April 1985, Mr. Jungbluth
launched an initiative to
change the time of the
presidential inauguration in
Peru (from 4:00 p.m. to
noon), in order to
strengthen and consolidate
the democratic leadership
and to put an end to the
terrorist guerrillas. This
initiative was approved and
registered by the Government
Protocol for the
Presidential Inauguration,
having changed the destiny
of his country since its
implementation.
He currently resides in
Florida, and on March 30,
2005, he predicted on local
television, the absence of
Cuban ruler Fidel Castro
from the power from the
second half of 2006. This
actually happened on July
31, 2006, when Fidel
transferred the power to his
brother Raúl. This assertion
was included in his
predictions for 2006
published in “El Nuevo
Herald” on December 16,
2005. "... In 2006, Cuba
will live its penultimate
year of Castrism with
Castro".
Mr. Rubén Jungbluth’s
counseling work includes the
search for the betterment
and welfare of people
through the celebration of
their birthdays and
anti-birthdays in a
calculated geographical
location, their movings and
removings of home or office,
city and country, the
election for the most
suitable moment for the
birth of their children, for
executing contracts and
making all kinds of
decisions.
He also devotes much of his
time to conduct Astrological
Research, participate in
international conferences
and provide counseling
services to multinational
companies.
In 1971, the Great Universal
Brotherhood (Founded by Dr.
Serge Raynaud de la
Ferrière) from Lima, Peru,
awarded him a scholarship to
study Cosmobiology, while he
was studying geology at the
National University of
Engineering. Thus, the
doors to the scientific
knowledge about the fate of
people and countries,
directed to the spiritual
evolution, opened up for
him. Thirty-five years
later, he explains the
process of his research:

“The position of "my
Uranus" (which
denotes a person
chosen to help
others) led me to
develop a hypothesis
about the
socioeconomic
changes in the
parents after
childbirth.
Since 1975, I noted
that the
interpretations and
predictions
performed by
astrologers failed
both in intensity
and precision,
mostly in the case
of married people
with children. In
those decades, the
development of
astrology in Peru
was limited by the
lack of books;
therefore, we did
not know whether
there was any
research on this
topic in
international
astrological
literature.”
In 1993, a
newspaper report
published my basic
research under the
title of "Eurhythmic
Babies”. This thesis
is based on finding
the best time for
the birth of
children in order to
bring prosperity to
them, their parents
and their family. As
well as any other
revolutionary idea,
it generated a lot
of controversy.”
At
the "United
Astrologers
Conference 2002" in
Orlando, Florida
(UAC 2002), he
submitted his paper,
which essentially
says that: "Whoever
wishes to study the
horoscope of a
father, must first
consider his
children’s hours of
birth, in
particular, that of
the last child;
otherwise, the study
will go wrong. The
thesis is not
limited to children,
but it extends to
abortions and
miscarriages. "This
new approach brings
together a wide case
mix, reflected on
his forthcoming
book: The
Eurhythmics Babies:
The Children of the
Day, The Children of
the Night.”

During the past decades, and
due to the thousands of
reported and investigated
cases, he developed the idea
that a house moving is
equivalent to the birth of a
baby; and this programmed
action, has become another
useful tool to solve our
problems. And, for those who
cannot move, he launched the
idea of a 40-day Exodus.
By combining the spiritual
teachings with pragmatism,
he took the meaning of
number 40 (protection and
freedom) to cure a house and
its inhabitants. To exit the
place for this period and
re-enter it at an
astrologically calculated
time will temporarily reset
the energy that attracts
prosperity and development
to its inhabitants.
Engineer Jungbluth uses the
geocentric and heliocentric
systems, as well as
ascensional horoscopy. In
the geocentric horoscope,
the birthday is key to find
explanations and solutions
to daily life’s twists and
turns. In 1996, he began
using anti-birthday
horoscopes (about six months
after the birthday), and in
2001, he presented the
results of his research The
Anti-birthday, stressing
that "the birthday and the
anti-birthday” should be
seen as the motions of a
pendulum that goes from one
extreme to the other; with
the exception that these two
horoscopes together give us
a broader vision of the
horizon in the consultants’
life”.
Given his highly spiritual
training, in November 2003,
while he was in Hawaii, he
received a revelation that
led him to publicly
disseminate what he calls
“Nequodah Astrology”, which
he had been silently
employing for over twenty
years, which involves the
request for the assistance
from God’s Holy Angels in
our daily lives by praying
to the 72 Genii or Angels of
the Holy Qabbalah. |
